Teams, organizations, and roles
Invite teammates, manage roles, and share infrastructure safely.
Inviting teammates
- 1Go to Dashboard → Team (admins only).
- 2Enter the teammate's email and pick a role — they receive an invitation email valid for 14 days.
- 3Once accepted, they share the org's plan limits, mailboxes, and lead database.
Roles
- Admin — full control: billing, team management, all campaigns and settings.
- Member — runs campaigns, manages leads and agents; can't touch billing or team.
Join requests
If someone signs up with your company's email domain, they can request to join your organization; admins approve or decline from the Team page.
Agencies: keep one org per client team for clean separation, or one org with separate agents and mailboxes per client.
